Perfect for kids and the young astatine heart, these bright, tart jellies alteration a tart rickey — a portion invented astatine Shoomaker’s barroom successful Washington — into a spoonable nonalcoholic summertime treat.   • 1/3 cupful positive 2 tablespoons caller lime juice, strained (from 2 to 3 limes)
  • 1/3 cupful positive 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cupful positive 1 tablespoonful water
  • 1/3 cupful tart cherry juice
  • Cocktail cherries, specified arsenic Amarena, preferably with stems (optional)
