This garlicky skirt steak with a punchy scallion vinaigrette makes casual entertaining a low-effort endeavor. Serve with the broccolini broadside crockery (see related recipe) oregon a greenish salad. If making this for a smaller group, you tin alteration the amounts accordingly.
