  • 1/2 cupful plain Greek yogurt (whole oregon reduced-fat)

  • 4 whole-wheat burger buns oregon 4 ample leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 mini cucumber (3 to 4 ounces), trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 4 tiny leaves romaine lettuce
