  • 1/2 cupful thick-style plain yogurt, specified arsenic Greek oregon skyr
  • 2 lemons (1 juiced/about 2 tablespoons; 1 sliced)
  • 1 spoon crushed cumin, divided
  • Fine salt
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets, 6 to 8 ounces each
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1 clump broccolini (about 8 ounces), ends trimmed and heavy pieces chopped lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons crushed reddish capsicum flakes, oregon much arsenic needed
  • 1 tablespoonful za’atar
  • 1/2 cupful astir chopped flat-leaf parsley, leaves and good stems, for garnish (optional)
