Ingredients

  • 1 cupful uncooked chaotic rice
  • 1/2 cupful uncooked long-grain brownish rice
  • 1 oregon 2 cups skinless cooked chickenhearted (white meat), chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1 rib celery, chopped into tiny dice
  • 1 cupful defrosted frozen peas
  • 1/2 cupful conifer nuts
  • 1/2 cupful dried cherries
  • 1/2 cupful seedless reddish oregon greenish grapes, chopped successful half
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper

For the dressing

  • 2 tablespoons orangish juice
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 1/4 cupful olive oil
  • Finely grated zest from 1/2 orangish (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
