Roasting frozen broccoli florets astatine precocious vigor gets them nicely crisp. This makes a pantry-friendly, take-to-work (or work-from-home) lunch, oregon a breezy, satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • One (16-ounce) container frozen broccoli florets (do not thaw)
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 spoon good salt, divided, positive much arsenic needed
  • 1/2 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper, divided, oregon much arsenic needed
  • 8 ounces whole-wheat farfalle, fusilli oregon different abbreviated pasta
  • 1 ail clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoonful finely grated citrus zest
  • 2 tablespoons caller citrus juice
  • 1/2 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes, oregon much arsenic needed
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (about 1 cup); whitethorn substitute vegan feta, specified arsenic Violife
  • 1/2 cupful roasted, unsalted almonds, coarsely chopped
