  • 8 sprigs thyme
  • 8 sprigs oregano
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 8 citrus slices, 1/4 inch thick, past chopped into half-moons
  • 2 teaspoons chopped clove ail (optional)
  • 6 tablespoons to 8 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
