  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 spoon chopped caller rosemary
  • Two (15-ounce) cans no-salt-added cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cupful low-sodium chickenhearted oregon rootlike broth
  • One (1/2-by-3-inch) portion citrus peel
  • 1/4 spoon positive pinch good salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoons positive 1 pinch freshly crushed achromatic pepper, divided
  • 2 cups thinly sliced radicchio
  • 1/2 unpeeled tiny greenish apple, cored and chopped into matchsticks (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 spoon caller citrus juice
