In this colorful main-course salad, a sauté of smoked-paprika-spiced shrimp, tomatoes and chorizo tops spinach, which softens successful the lukewarm cookware juices.   • 1/4 cupful thinly sliced reddish onion
  • 1 lb (16-20 count) earthy shrimp (defrosted, if frozen), peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 cupful (1 ounce) finely chopped Spanish chorizo (see Notes and Where to buy)
  • 3 ail cloves, minced oregon finely grated
  • 1/2 spoon smoked paprika
  • 1/8 spoon good salt
  • 1/8 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • Pinch cayenne pepper, positive much arsenic needed
  • 1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons caller citrus foodstuff (from 1 lemon)
