This crockery is simple, agleam and cleanable -- a bully mode to perk up a wintertime meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupful walnut lipid (may substitute 1/2 cupful walnut lipid and 1/2 cupful rootlike oil)
  • 1/4 cupful sherry vinegar oregon atom vino vinegar
  • Hot capsicum sauce, specified arsenic Tabasco
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 2 ruby grapefruit
  • 12 ounces mixed crockery greens, specified arsenic babe romaine, food lettuce, endive, watercress and babe spinach, washed good and dried (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups per serving)
  • 4 ounces (1 cup) walnuts, lightly toasted*
  • 3 to 4 scallions, achromatic and airy greenish parts, thinly sliced crosswise
