  • One (2.25-ounce) tin sliced achromatic olives, drained and rinsed
  • Two (15-ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • One (28-ounce) tin diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupful mascarpone
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 3/4 cupful panko
  • 1/2 cupful (1 ounce) finely grated parmesan cheese
  • Handful of torn basil leaves
