This breezy summertime sandwich requires small much than the blending of a two-ingredient dispersed and the slicing and layering of caller vegetables, brightened with a small citrus and mint.

  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 4 store-bought flatbreads oregon naan, warmed
  • 1/4 English (seedless) cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tiny reddish onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large, ripe tomato, sliced
  • Flesh of 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/3 cupful caller mint leaves, coarsely torn
  • 1 lemon
