These brushed biscuits person a beauteous airy orangish hue from the saccharine potatoes and a hint of autumn spirit from the spices. Serve slathered with your favourite vegan butter.

  • 1 ample saccharine murphy (14 ounces/400 grams), scrubbed
  • 1/2 cupful (120 milliliters) full-fat coconut milk, divided, positive much arsenic needed
  • 2 cups (250 grams) all-purpose flour, positive much for dusting
  • 1 tablespoonful baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons packed acheronian brownish sugar
  • 1/2 spoon crushed cinnamon
  • 1/4 spoon crushed nutmeg
  • 1/4 spoon good salt
