Redolent of almonds and a deed of grapefruit zest, this Swedish visiting barroom is simply a elemental stir-and-bake dainty featuring a tender, custardy crumb and crisp topping. “This is my signature go-to ‘wow’ — everyone loves it,” says histrion and cookbook writer Pamela Anderson. The bladed but satisfying barroom requires nary leavening, and nondairy yogurt and food (and nary eggs) support it vegan. So named due to the fact that it’s traditionally served to guests, this barroom pairs good with a bully cupful of beverage oregon coffee, per the famed Swedish ritual of fika.
