  • One 1 -inch portion peeled caller ginger root, grated (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 5 full cloves
  • 10 full achromatic peppercorns
  • 3 tablespoons escaped achromatic beverage leaves
  • 1/2 cupful sliced almonds, toasted (see NOTE)
