Utah mom accused of kidnapping son's alleged bully, threatening him

A Utah ma is accused of kidnapping her son's alleged 11-year-old bully, taking him to her location to apologize and past threatening to person her hubby bushed him up, according to charging documents.

Shannon Tufuga, 40, was formally charged Monday with kid kidnapping and aggravated kid maltreatment — some second-degree felonies — though the incidental occurred backmost successful September.
