  • 1 ample carrot, scrubbed good and chopped into 1/2-inch dice
  • 1 orangish doorbell pepper, seeded and chopped into 1/2-inch dice
  • 2 teaspoons crushed turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons saccharine paprika
  • 2 teaspoons bulb powder
  • 1/4 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes
  • 1/2 spoon kosher salt, oregon much arsenic needed
  • Cilantro leaves, chopped, for garnish
