1/2 tiny Chinese oregon napa cabbage, chopped into shreds (2 to 2 1/2 cups)
1 tablespoonful chopped cilantro leaves, positive much for optional garnish
1 cupful packed legume sprouts, rinsed and patted dry
Sesame oil
1 cupful cooked jasmine rice
Chopped scallions, for garnish (optional)
