This is simply a speedy crockery that tastes similar stir-fry comfortableness food.

Adapted from "Gluten Free and Easy," by Robyn Russell (Sellers Publishing, 2008).

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoonful peanut oil
  • 1 mean onion, chopped into bladed wedges
  • 1/2 spoon crushed garlic
  • 1 spoon grated ginger root
  • 1 lb crushed turkey
  • 1/2 tiny to 1 tiny reddish thai pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 cupful (4 to 6 ounces) fastener mushrooms, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cupful to 1 cupful low-sodium chickenhearted broth
  • 1 tablespoonful oyster-flavored sauce
  • 1 tablespoonful food sauce
  • 1 cupful (4 ounces) greenish beans, chopped
  • 1/2 tiny Chinese oregon napa cabbage, chopped into shreds (2 to 2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoonful chopped cilantro leaves, positive much for optional garnish
  • 1 cupful packed legume sprouts, rinsed and patted dry
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 cupful cooked jasmine rice
  • Chopped scallions, for garnish (optional)
