  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cupful unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cupful earthy walnuts oregon earthy cashews (see NOTE)
  • 1/2 cupful blueberry-pomegranate foodstuff (may substitute immoderate 100 percent juice)
