Ingredients

For the slaw

  • 1/2 tiny caput napa cabbage, cored (about 3 cups shredded)
  • 1/2 tiny caput reddish cabbage, cored (about 3 cups shredded)
  • 1/2 tiny caput savoy cabbage, cored (about 3 cups shredded)
  • 2 mean carrots, peeled and trimmed
  • 1 tiny reddish onion, chopped into bladed slices
  • 1 mean reddish doorbell pepper, stemmed, seeded and chopped into bladed slices
  • 1 oregon 2 stalks lemongrass, grated (white portion only; 2 tablespoons)
  • 2-inch portion peeled ginger root, freshly grated (2 tablespoons)
  • Leaves of 1/2 ample clump cilantro, chopped (1 cup)

For the dressing

  • 2 tablespoons positive 1 1/2 teaspoons soy condiment (do not usage low-sodium)
  • 3 tablespoons atom vino vinegar
  • 1 tablespoonful sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • Pinch crushed reddish capsicum flakes
  • 1/2 cupful olive oil
