This look turns the cookout staple of three-bean crockery into simple, satisfying sandwiches. Use a tin of three-bean medley, mash the beans somewhat with a tangy-sweet dressing, and furniture it connected breadstuff with spreadable cheese, saccharine Vidalia bulb slices and sunflower sprouts. If you can’t find the three-bean cans (sometimes labeled “salad beans” oregon “bean trio”), usage abstracted cans of whichever varieties you similar (see Substitutions).

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pome cider vinegar
  • 1 spoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 spoon maple syrup
  • 1 ail clove, finely grated oregon pressed
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • One (15-ounce) tin three-bean combination, drained and rinsed (1 1/2 cups; spot Substitutions)
  • 1/4 cupful lightly packed caller flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
  • 8 slices low-sodium multigrain sandwich bread, specified arsenic Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9 brand, lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cupful Boursin oregon different spreadable food (see Substitutions)
  • 1/2 cupful ample sprouts, specified arsenic sunflower sprouts oregon microgreens, for serving (see Substitutions)
  • Thinly sliced yellowish onion, preferably Vidalia, for serving
