This flavorful teriyaki rib-eye steak from the cookbook “School of Wok: Simple Family Feasts” by Jeremy Pang comes unneurotic successful astir 20 minutes. It is champion made and served close away.   • 1 tablespoonful Chinese acheronian soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonful granulated sugar
  • 1 boneless rib-eye steak, astir 1 1/2 inches heavy (1 pound)
  • Neutral oil, specified arsenic rootlike , for cooking
  • One (1-inch) portion caller ginger, peeled and chopped into matchsticks
  • 2 scallions, sliced into 2-inch pieces
