  • 1 zucchini (7 ounces), spiralized oregon thinly sliced
  • 1 cupful (1 ounce) arugula oregon different crockery greens
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted and chopped into chunks
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoonful achromatic oregon toasted sesame seeds
  • Sriracha, for serving (optional)
