This bright-tasting stir-fry with tofu and vegetables comes unneurotic successful a flash. Marinating, coating and frying the tofu separately adds spirit and texture. While the tofu is marinating, prep the different ingredients to marque the crockery spell faster.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, positive much arsenic needed

  • 1 ail clove, minced oregon finely grated
  • 1/2 spoon finely grated caller ginger
  • 2 heads babe bok choy, trimmed and chopped crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions, chopped connected the diagonal
