  • 2 tablespoons water
  • One (1-inch) portion caller ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced oregon finely grated
  • 1/4 spoon good salt
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp oregon oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chinkiang vinegar (Chinese achromatic vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons untoasted sesame oil
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoonful toasted achromatic sesame seeds
