David Hagedorn created this refreshing broadside crockery by starting with store-bought products and boosting their flavor. He utilized Fresh Express Baby Spinach, which comes with oregon without carrots.

Ingredients

  • 3 bags (27 ounces) Fresh Express spinach
  • 1 reddish doorbell pepper, stemmed, seeded and chopped successful juilienne strips
  • 1 tablespoonful toasted sesame oil
  • 1 spoon chopped ginger root
  • 1 spoon minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Fresh carrots
