  • 4 ounces lasagna sheets, breached into pieces (about 5 noodles)
  • 3 cups (2 ounces) lightly packed caller spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cupful ricotta food (part-skim oregon whole)
  • 1/4 cupful (scant 1 ounce) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupful caller basil leaves, chopped into ribbons
