  • 1/4 cupful quick-cooking oregon regular rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1/2 cupful finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cupful packed airy brownish sugar
  • 1/2 spoon crushed ginger
  • 1/2 spoon crushed cinnamon
  • 1/4 spoon crushed cloves
  • 1/4 spoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons chilled unsalted butter
