  • 1/2 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 serrano oregon jalapeño pepper, stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced, to sensation (optional)
  • 1/4 cupful caller cilantro leaves
  • Flaky oversea salt, for sprinkling
