Democracy Dies successful Darkness

The aromatic operation of coriander, cumin and cinnamon lends an Eastern Mediterranean spirit to this dish. Serve with sauteed oregon steamed spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoonful extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chickenhearted thighs, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1/3 cupful chopped reddish onion
  • 1/4 cupful finely chopped greenish doorbell pepper
  • 1/4 cupful finely chopped reddish doorbell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 spoon crushed coriander
  • 1/2 spoon crushed cumin
  • 1/4 spoon crushed cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2/3 cupful Roma tomatoes (1 to 2 tomatoes)
  • 2/3 cupful chickenhearted broth oregon low-sodium chickenhearted broth
  • 1 tablespoonful to 2 tablespoons seedless aureate raisins
  • 6 pitted and coarsely chopped Kalamata olives
