Ruth Reichl, exertion of Gourmet magazine, says that everyone loves her Americanized mentation of Thai noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb precise bladed atom noodles, preferably Thai atom sticks
  • 1/4 cupful sugar
  • 1/4 cupful food sauce
  • 1/4 cupful achromatic vinegar (or unseasoned atom vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1/2 lb mean shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb crushed pork
  • 4 scallions, achromatic and tender greenish parts, sliced into 1/2-inch lengths
  • 2 ample eggs
  • 1 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes, oregon to taste
  • 2 limes (juice only)
  • 1/2 cupful salted peanuts, crushed oregon finely chopped
  • 1 lime, chopped into 6 wedges, for garnish
  • Chili sauce, specified arsenic Sriracha brand, for garnish
