  • One (1/2-inch) cinnamon stick
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated caller ginger oregon 1/4 spoon dried ginger
  • 1/4 spoon full achromatic peppercorns
  • 1/4 spoon full coriander seeds
  • Dash of crushed reddish capsicum flakes
  • Fresh earthy cane juice, turbinado earthy sweetener oregon agave, optional, to taste
  • Fresh mint sprigs, preferably mojito oregon caller basil leaves, preferably African Blue Basil oregon Thai, to service (optional)
