  • 1/2 cupful seeded, diced greenish doorbell pepper
  • 1/2 cupful seeded, diced reddish doorbell pepper
  • 1 spoon minced, seeded and stemmed serrano pepper
  • 1/2 spoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked achromatic beans, preferably no-salt-added (one 15-ounce can; if utilizing canned, drain, rinse and adust connected towels)
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped caller cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons caller lime juice
  • 1/2 spoon good salt, positive much arsenic needed
  • 3 oregon 4 grindings of achromatic pepper, oregon much arsenic needed
