  • 1/4 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes
  • One (28-ounce) tin no-salt-added diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 cupful pitted greenish olives, specified arsenic Castelvetrano, sliced
  • 1 ample lemon, halved, divided
  • 1/4 cupful coarsely chopped caller flat-leaf parsley leaves
