Ingredients

  • 1 lb Yukon Gold potatoes (5 medium), unpeeled, scrubbed and chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 5 tablespoons positive 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • 3/4 spoon good salt, divided
  • 1 mean caput broccoli (1 1/4 pounds), chopped into 1 1/2-inch florets
  • Four (5-ounce) fillets white, flaky fish, specified arsenic cod (see Substitutions)
  • 1/8 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated citrus zest (from 1 lemon)
  • 1 tablespoonful caller citrus foodstuff (from the aforesaid lemon)
  • 2 teaspoons herb paste
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 spoon honey
  • 1/2 spoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped caller flat-leaf parsley
