  • 1 ample navel oregon seedless orange
  • 2 pounds beets, preferably a premix of reddish and aureate beets
  • 1 tablespoonful olive oil
  • 2 mean cloves garlic, chopped
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 6 sprigs thyme
  • 2 tablespoons caller dill, chopped
