  • 2 cloves garlic, minced oregon grated
  • 1/2 cupful mayonnaise
  • 1 lb thin crushed beef (90 percent thin oregon higher; spot NOTE)
  • 4 ounces caller spicy Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 1/4 cupful finely chopped jarred roasted reddish peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cupful (1 1/2 ounces) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 spoon good salt
  • 6 brioche buns
  • 2 cups arugula (2 ounces)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • 2 plum tomatoes (6 ounces total), sliced
  • Three 4-ounce rounds burrata cheese
