Like galore long-simmered sauces, this Bolognese, arguably the astir delicious of each the Italian nutrient sauces, is much flavorful and balanced the adjacent day.

  • One 28-ounce tin herb puree
  • 1 cupful no-salt-added chicken, veal oregon beef broth
