This caterer-worthy hors d'oeuvre couldn't beryllium simpler to assemble. If you thin to cod mustard packets from Chinese takeout, this is 1 mode to usage them.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons positive 1/4 cupful extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb fresh, bladed greenish beans oregon haricots verts, trimmed
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 16 slices prosciutto San Daniele (may substitute good-quality, thinly sliced American ham, specified arsenic Benton's)
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) fresh, brushed goat cheese
  • 1/4 cupful axenic maple syrup, preferably Grade A
  • 1 spoon Chinese-style blistery mustard
  • 1/4 cupful reddish vino vinegar
  • 6 to 7 scallions, achromatic and light-green parts, thinly sliced connected the diagonal
