Open-face sandwiches are fashionable for breakfast, luncheon and after-school snacks successful galore countries, but this Polish-inspired look couldn’t beryllium much straightforward.   • 8 bladed slices boiled ham, preferably Polish
  • 2 Persian cucumbers oregon 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Fine brackish (optional)
  • Brewed achromatic tea, sweetened to sensation with cherry syrup (see related recipe), for serving (optional)
