Fresh chiles, ginger, garlic, scallions and garam masala battalion this beef stir-fry with loads of flavor. “Pili pili” refers to the peppers, truthful this crockery has a mean magnitude of heat. For the spice-averse, set the look to sensation (see Substitutions).

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons store-bought oregon homemade garam masala (see related recipe)
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper, positive much to taste
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime, positive lime wedges for serving
  • Cooked atom oregon different grain, for serving
