  • 2 cups low-sodium rootlike broth
  • 1 spoon saffron threads
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 teaspoons low-fat sour pick (do not usage nonfat)

For the tapenade

  • 1/4 cupful pitted Nicoise olives
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy fillets, rinsed and dried (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoonful capers, rinsed
  • 1 spoon minced garlic
  • 1 spoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoonful freshly squeezed citrus juice
