This humble meatless crockery of eggs, food and breadcrumbs, is simply a emblematic illustration of Abruzzo's "cucina povera", mediocre man's cuisine. The main ingredients are mixed together, shaped into pallotte (balls oregon patties) and fried, past simmered successful sugo finto, a rich, meatless herb sauce. Ingredients
