  • 1 lb oyster mushrooms, pugnacious stem ends trimmed
  • 4 brushed hamburger buns
  • 4 ample romaine oregon different lettuce leaves
  • 1 ripe tomato, hulled and sliced
  • Flesh of 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 reddish onion, thinly sliced
