  • Sea salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 4 to 6 basil leaves, rolled up, past chopped crosswise into bladed slices (chiffonade)
  • About 1 ounce freshly grated smoked mozzarella food (may substitute caller mozzarella, chopped into tiny dice and drained good connected insubstantial towels)
  • 1 tablespoonful unsalted butter
