  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tiny shallot, chopped
  • 2 stems caller thyme
  • Pinch crushed reddish capsicum flakes, oregon much arsenic needed
  • 1 lb caller mushrooms (such arsenic portobello, cremini oregon shiitake), cleaned, trimmed and coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons adust sherry
  • Fine oversea salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1/2 cupful loosely packed caller flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoonful pick cheese
