Ingredients

  • 1 lb babe bella mushrooms (cremini), stemmed and chopped
  • 4 ounces (4 packed cups) babe spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 mean shallot, minced
  • 2 mean ail cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups low-fat beverage (2 percent)
  • 4 ounces caller goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoonful minced caller thyme
  • 1/2 spoon kosher salt, positive much arsenic needed
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 9 dried lasagna noodles (about 8 ounces total; bash not usage “no-boil” noodles)
  • One 15-ounce tin crushed fire-roasted tomatoes (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cupful shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cupful freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 8 ample basil leaves, coarsely chopped
  • Finely grated zest of 1 citrus (about 4 teaspoons)
