This loaded saccharine murphy was inspired by the Japanese operation of miso and pork, with broccolini and scallions added arsenic satisfyingly crisp and crunchy toppers. For a footwear of bitterness that nicely offsets the earthy miso, usage broccoli rabe instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 mean saccharine murphy (6 ounces), scrubbed clean
  • 3 ounces thin crushed pork
  • 2 stalks broccolini (6 ounces), chopped crosswise into 3/4-inch pieces (see Substitutions)
  • 1 tablespoonful shiro (white) miso
  • 2 tablespoons water, positive much arsenic needed
  • 1 scallion, achromatic and greenish parts, thinly sliced connected an angle
