  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier, different orange-flavored liqueur oregon 1/2 spoon almond extract
  • 2 teaspoons acold unsalted butter, each chopped into 4 adjacent pieces
  • 1 ample egg
  • 1 tablespoonful water
  • 1/8 spoon kosher salt
  • About 1/4 cupful sparkling sweetener oregon turbinado sugar, for sprinkling
