These gorgeous greenish pancakes get their hue, a boost of wellness benefits and beauteous beverage spirit from matcha, a good pulverization made from crushed greenish beverage leaves. Made with whole-grain and almond flours and topped with a contrasting crown of caller strawberries and toasted almonds, it’s a classical play meal with a healthful, modern twist. The pancakes themselves are unsweetened, but a generous spike of vanilla gives them a saccharine essence.
